Summer Program
SSEF is committed to fostering partnerships with great summer programs
Summer enrichment is more than fun in the sun—it’s an immersive learning experience through which children build self-confidence, strengthen problem solving skills, cultivate curiosity, develop independence, discover new skills, and connect with nature.
Each summer since 2004, SSEF has sent children, 8 years and older, to overnight camp. In 2022, 34 children went to camp through SSEF, and 15 students attended academic summer programs.
In Summer 2019, SSEF sent 30 children between the ages of 8 - 15 to overnight camp, and in Summer 2018, we sent 32 kids. We also connect children with day camps and teens with youth development programs.
